    The fabric is called 'Sugar Biscuit' by Robin Betterley licensed to Wilmington Prints. Not a panel, you buy the yardage you want.
    I got enough to make another quilt for the one due in December. Babies are 'poppin' out' all over!

    Hi, I really like your quilt and the striped blocks makes it almost look like the border if puffier than the rest of the quilt, good job. Libby
