    It's wonderful when they support our hobbies. My husband Jim made me a quilt rack some time back. Guys are wonderful.

    Thanks so much for the info. I saved the pix too. If you have room you could get him to put more arms on the other sides of the post! That is just sooo kool!
    I hadn't considered making wood hinges. I've been searching for metal T-hinges and gate hinges. It's hard to find large ones and if you can they cost about $25 for one hinge. He sure came up with a great plan and it looks super. Your quilts are lovely too.

    I love it. Since I don't have a DH to make one I wonder if the swing arm drapery rods would work.

    That is a wonderful display rack, did he manufacture the arms or were they purchased? If so what are they called and where can I purchase them?
