    What a great memory quilt. Can't you picture taking a hand print every 6-12 months starting with a newborn's handprint and continuing until married? Then, as setting blocks, you could use photos to go with the annual hand prints.

    Yes, here in NH, classroom/student aides are called Paraprofessionals. Kind of insulting, I think since it implies you are only half professional. And trust me, most of the ones I know work very, very hard and are very dedicated. I think they are called Educational Technicians in Maine.
    That is a lovely quilt - really classy while still featuring the children's participation.
