    Sorry to hear about the pain - I also get that now and then. But your quilt is worth it.

    You have to remember to relax your shoulders and take more frequent breaks! The quilt is wonderful...I love the colors. Your quilting looks great too! :thumbup: :D

    I have trouble with my left shoulder due to quilting. I've found the chiropractor is a great choice and a lot of stretching. Glad you are feeling better. Lovely quilt.
