PittsburghPam: I hear what you are going through-it stinks.. LOVE your quilts sometimes quilting/sewing is the best stress reliever there is.
I think the layoffs and bankruptcy is all over the place; sad for sure.

Wow, Pam! As always, you're doing a beautiful job. You never pick something simple. It's going to be a beautiful quilt.
It's nice to see one of your quilts again. I hope you'll finish it.
Jan and Cybra fan have given some great suggestions. Depression is a nasty bugger, and it can take over your life and make it unbearable. Worse - you can't get rid of it by yourself. I agree that the first step is to see your GP. There could be a relatively simple answer - vitamins, iron deficiency, even more exercise. Maybe your GP will suggest counseling. There are good alternatives that don't require drugs.
Please take the first step! Make an appointment with you doc. And Hang that gorgeous quilt up where you can see it!

will pray for you and your job... i know jobs are scarce right now with the economy so hopeful you will get to keep yours... and as for the quilting it may relax you and get rid of some of the stress try it... you do beautiful work.. this is a beautiful BOM
