    This is one of the ones that started it all. My son wanted it quilted in black, it made it very graphic but I think it worked well. I included the back view as well. Thanks again to Patrice,if you scroll down you will see these. :-)

    let me try again. There...I think I got it. This is one of the ones my Granny gave me to quilt for my children. It was Andrews choice.

    Got it now. Very nice. I hope he stays interested. My son just helped me with two quilts, one for him to take to college and one for the bed in our trailer.

    Too true.That and the fact my Granny thought I could do it.....didn't dare let her down. Now.....I am thoroughly hooked.

    Great job, I know how it is to not wanting to disappoint Grandma. The quilting looking really good. Your son had a great idea with the black. You wouldn't have ever tried that on your own. Now you know it's OK to go a different route.

    Yes , as I was told by another,"... black is just not the color for a quilt". After working on this one....I knew better! Just gotta love working with the young.
