    Default A quilt with a surprise!

    I started this quilt for a friend's seven-year-old daugther, Taylor. Partway into it, I remembered that my wife had some glow-in-the-dark fabric from last year's Halloween. At first I thought about putting in just a few strips of it in - then I had a brainstorm. I planned and planned, then I had it. The quilt top is shown below. Then, below that, is the surprise. I still need to go back and correct a few errors I made because I was in such a hurry to see how this looked completed.
