My friend Sara & I did the latest email Mystery Quilt Saturday - what a blast we had!!! For those who don't know what a Mystery Quilt is - basically, you don't know what pattern the quilt is until you're done. You only get the directions one piece at a time, & for this one, we got the fabric requirements & first cutting instructions a couple weeks ago, then ALL of the sewing directions came via email, on Saturday, with the note on how long until the next set would be sent. The first "clue" was sent at 9 am PST, and I think we finished about 3 - 4pm.
Here's the link to photos of Saturday's quilt:

It's amazing how different they look depending on the fabric choices!

rats! another dark picture..if you click on "download" you can see it better!

I've only done one, and it was so much fun. I really like yours zyx. I especially like the contrast in your fabrics.

    Thanks everyone!
Since it isn't a good idea to post email addresses here, if anyone would like to join in the fun next time (they seem to be about 6 months apart), send me a private message & I will send you their edress!

This is from their 1st email for this mystery:

"If you have any detective friends who would like to join, have them
send email to ******* and they will be added to our
mailing list. All emails are kept in the strictest confidence as we
    are discretion itself."
