    This was fun to make with a collection of unrelated floral fabrics. I really like a piano key border but sometimes don't want to put another border after it. What I do now is stay stitch around the outside of the piano keys before I apply the border to the body of the quilt and that way, I don't have to deal with the whole quilt top when stay stitching.

    I am doing one very similar for a friends wedding present but instead of florals I'm using all blue fabrics.
