    My husband liked this pattern and wanted it in purple and gold (he's an LSU alumus). The very center block was originally white - he wanted more color and chose it to be gold. The pattern is Lover's Knot from Quilter's Cache.

    He wants the backing to be LSU fabric. I will wait until the local fabric store has more in stock.

    great pattern and excellent work.....would look much better in scarlet and gray.....lol....sorry, just a die hard buckeye
