    My software lets me arrange the stop and start to avoid jump stitches. See if you have a sequence choice on the menu.

    Got a bit better with practice. Not so many jump stitches on the last designs. In the end there was just room for one minion. Now - I will start with the sashing.

    Really cute little guy! I would include a friend with one eye and lab coat(?). How old is your boy? A great source is a coloring book, tho'. I'd say you've nailed it!

    Which software do you use? With PE Design, once the design is created, you can tell it to optimize the starting and ending points. Let me know if you need the exact commands, and I'll find them.
