    My friend just stopped by this afternoon and Finished this quilt for her GD.......
    Read your thread and thought you might want to see this??
    It is a King Size!!!! Couldn't get it all in the picture....

    That is so gorgeous. One thing I really like about these kinds of quilts is that every block is so different. Good work.

    Her fabric .... was that a batik? and only one fabric for the 4Ps? Four inch squares?

    I know!!! I know!!!!
    I thought that was funny too!!!
    It was a wild print that her GD liked all the colors in it..
    It will tickle her pink when I tell her this..... She can't get the internet where she lives :cry: :cry:

    Would love to see what the original fabric is like! I'm so awestruck by it.

    Just thinking ... I 've heard before that for OBW S+W you pick the ugliest fabric going .... the "wild print" you mentioned, perhaps meets that requirement? :)

    Material was purchased @ JoAnn's over 2yrs.ago in the markdown bin......... :cry: Probably can't find it now...

    Markdown is always good. I hope her DGD is as thrilled with it.

    That's one mammoth quilt .... did you see many repeats in the different kaleidoscopes?

    I do the OBW course with the hexes this Friday ... I am starting to think the 4P would be so much easier! :)
