    Default Quilted Dresses

I am working on turning some of my fabric scraps into wearable clothing and these two dresses are the first. The total scrappy dress is finished and the second dress with selvedges and scrap fabrics just needs the neckline and hem to be finished. I am now in the process of making a jumpsuit. They are lots of fun to make.

    Patterns from megannielsenpatterns website.

What beautiful dresses! A very creative way to use up scraps.

    Default Cute and cool!

I love them . Do you line them ? Build on a base? How do you deal with the raw edges? So interesting.

Very cute! I used to do a lot of wearable art. It's so much fun!

SEW cute! Years ago, I made a lot of clothing. Then, I started quilting and stopped making garments. I wouldn't know where to start now.

Very cute, and perfect for summer. Did you serge the pieces together or use lining to keep them from fraying?

Both are just darling. I've been tempted to make something like this, but always have the next quilt to make. Someday!

Those are so cute. I have done patchwork dresses and pants in the past that I sold to the "hippie" crowd. Yours are way more creative and colorful than mine were.
