Default quilted placematts with some selvages and strings

These were made using some selvages I paper pieced then cut into triangles. It was a lot of fun to do the paper piecing but not so much fun to get the paper off, so don't know what I'm going to do with about 80 paper piece triangles.
Any way, I attached these on to my quilting frame and was able to quilt them there.

This is the pile of triangle I made.

and this is how many I have used so far.

close up of one mat showing the quilting and triangle detail. These were so much fun to make and quilt.

Those are great! I started saving selveges but I cut them too narrow so they're really not useful. You did a great job!

I've gotten a lot given to me that were really narrow. I always cut about 1-1/2 inches when I trim the selvages, I like to have the color part too.
