    Thank you for sharing your pretty tote bag and your photos of the construction. I make a lot of tote bags and had never thought about stitching them this way. Now I want to try it out!

    You made such a pretty bag. I often wondered what size widths they were. My church groups gets different widths of strips of fabric from RK and it is a challenge to come up with patterns that will work for making charity quilts.

    The outer bag body fabric and lining :15" w x 30" l. The flap is 3"w x 5"l. The straps are cut first into strips 4"w x 29"l. and then folded and stitched to finished size. I hope this helps.
