My goodness! If these are your first efforts, I can hardly wait to see what you do once you learn!! All are really lovely and I especially like the one with the birds. You are definitely a "natural". May you enjoy your addiction for many years to come. Blessings~~~

Thank you all so much for the nice compliments. It means so much coming from so many experience quilters. I assure you the quilting part will not come nearly as easy. I keep telling myself its gonna take alot of practice but regardless I am enjoying my new obsession....too bad it took me 42 yrs to find it. Btw the quilting board is my other new obsession.

Looks like you have a good start to enjoying your new hobby. They all look great. Now you can give yourself a try at sandwiching and either machine or hand quilting them. Enjoy the ride. :thumbup:
