You know it just amazes me how some have a natural talent that I work so hard at and still haven't made something that complex. I pretty sure that what ever you chose to quilt its gonna be stunning!

I'll suggest that you SITD all the straight lines of the largest elements first to stabilize the entire project. Except for one interruption (of the HST's row going horizontally) it looks like you can divide the center in thirds, and borders, up and down first. Then do the longest crosswise seams. Once you have it divided up that way, you can decide how much confidence you have - and how much more you have to do! This is a wonderful first - and advanced - project. Kudos to you!

Ellie it's beautiful. I would SID and Echo where appropriate (you will know). It is a very complex first quilt, so congratulations on doing such lovely work. I am sure this is the first of many. Thanks for sharing with us.

You did an amazing job for your first quilt. I agree with the 1/4" from the seam stitching.

Beautiful and great work on it. The 1/4" from the seam is neater looking than SITD. I always do FMQ and I love it.
However you quilt it will be beautiful. You are a natural and need to make more.
