Yes, mine had a crown, but I didn't like how it looked so I used a fancy button. But, it just fell off when I went to look at it so I have to sew it (or another one I like better) on!

I have several printed out and ready to sew -- just need the time to do it!! Funny how my stack of projects changes -- they soon get buried under newer projects that I want to do.
