I think this is the greatest picture!!!! Our hands tell a lot about lives. The touch of a mother's or grandmother's hand has soothed many a crying child and our hands have served our familes in so many ways. Then I always remember, "Idle hands are the devils workshop." Well!!! quilters don't have a lot of idle hands.

I have looked over a lot of pictures on this site, but truly this is the most beautiful picture I have ever
seen, or ever plan to see. My grandmother did a lot of sewing for me when I was growing up and I would
love to have this type of picture of her. I remember her hands so well, stitching and baking. I am so glad
you had the idea to catch this time in a photo. I believe this will be cherished for year to come. You are
one special person!!
