Elaine, a year ago this Christmas I made four fleece blankets for the chldren of a young friend of mine who had gone through a not-so-pleasant divorce. He was home at his parents, along with his two little girls, his friend and her daughter. (He also has an older son who was not there that day, but I also made a blanket for him.) The little girls and their soon-to-be stepsister all love their blankets, and this year I make one for my friend's little niece, who was also there last year, but I didn't know at the time. Needless to say, she also loved her warm blankie...(I think I have to make a surprise one for her grandma, because when I gave the gift to Kathy, she almost was ready to keep it for herself...so I think a surprise is in order for a good friend!)

Those are wonderful. You gotta love Dora and I made a quilt for DGD with the same Tink fabric. Great job.
