    OMG they are all so beautiful! I just love the old quilts... it is what drew me into quilting in the first place! It will be wonderful for everyone to be able to study and enjoy them... its a great thing your are doing.

    I just looked up the pattern for the pink quilt. According to Maggie Malone's 5,500 Quilt Block Designs, the pattern is called simply, "Diamond and Star."

    Now everyone will know the origin and legacy of your grandmother's quilts. They are all so beautiful. I bet your grandmother is blushing right about now! Thank you for sharing her quilts with us and many others that will appreciate them. Quilters live long among us, don't they?
