    I love it! I'm surprised I do ... because I usually don't go for "whimsical" type quilts, but something about this one really makes me smile!! I think it's the total unexpected 'scrappiness' of the fabric choices. Excellent!!

    As for #6 .... are these pieces already fused down? If so ... not sure how you would dye them, perhaps ink or paint them? If not fused already - why dye them instead of just cutting different scrap pieces?? I guess I'm confused.

    Or .... how do you plan on finishing them? Perhaps if you just quilted around them with contrasting thread that would do the trick?
