    Wow, I had no idea you could use Home Decorating fabric for rag quilts. I think I will have to try that too...

    Yep I see them at the thrift stores alot and pass them by! they're on ebay too. That turned out very nice...good job.

    The only problem is that these books are very large and very heavy. They're probably not worth sending in a large, flat rate box. Especially since you can pick them up cheap if you keep your eyes peeled. I got mine at an estate sale. But check CL and thrift stores locally. It doesn't make sense to ship something for $15 that only cost $5..
