    I think it is Beautiful. But I love wrinkls. it gives a quilt an old world charm about it.

    I just figured out my problem, the fabric did not need to be washed for this quilt, but I wash all my fabric the minute it comes thriugh the door. BUT, I did not wash the Osnaburg batting and I think the rate of shrinkage is greater than cotton fabric and this is why it increased the wrinkling effect. The pictures in the book show a wrinkle quilt.

    I know that I would enjoy seeing it in the fair. It would be a quilt that I would stop and gaze at, perhaps take a picture, and put on my list of things to do.

    It is just beautiful, I would enter that quilt with pride, crinkles and all! Some people love the crinkled look, I am one of them. It gives us a warm and love feeling! If you noticed I changed the word wrinkles to crinkles, somehow it just feels better. :lol:

    I am still curious about the Onsaburg batting. Ihave never heard of it or did you mean you just used Onsaburg on its own for the batting?
