    Never discount your quilting abilities. Rag quilts, as you have been told, are quilts also. You have done very nice work on the ones you have made. Be proud. You will move on to different types when you feel the need. We will all be here to see whatever you make and cheer you on.

    Oh wow they are just beautiful. I have started collecting flannels for winter to make for my kids too. I love your choice of colors.

    What do you mean they are not "real" quilts? A quilt is whatever you enjoy making. I've made rag quilts, tied quilts, summer quilts (without anything inside) and other quilts, wall hangings and table toppers. I make quilted purses and totes. They are all welcome and we love seeing everything. Keep'em coming!

    a rose by any other name is still a rose! your quilts are most certainly QUILTS! Fabric, squares, pieced, backed... yep... definitely a quilt!!! Thanks for sharing! Not only are they functional... they are lovely!!!

    I've made a few baby shower rag quilts using a variety of baby flannel prints.
    Did you make your rag quilt using "cotton" fabric ??
