    Default Rainbow quilt

Finished the binding on my DGD twin size rainbow quilt for her big girl bed (shown laid out on a king bed). Pattern is Anita's Arrowhead, which my DDIL loved when she saw it done with black as the accent color. DDIL provided the batiks, I did the piecing and had it quilted at a LA. DGD is expected to use it for many years and take it with her to college, according to DDIL!

Very nice! It looks like the art we did back in school where you color the page, then cover it in black, then scrape part of the black off. I always loved those. Now I know it's because the black makes all the colors look even brighter. If DGD forgets to take this to college, you can send it to me, even if it is 10 or 15 years from now.

That's incredible. When she takes it to college, all the others will be very envious.
