    She is darling! I just love to see our younger generation taking up quilting/sewing. Let's keep it alive!!!!My 10 year old son has made a few pillowcases.

    I noticed a piece yellow yarn tied around her index finger. Was this to aid her in remembering to keep her finger away from the needle?

    Love al the colors and the fact that she looks so happy helping on this quilt.
    Have to ask about the table - love the guide going down tmiddle to keep all the blocks straight. Is that the net, or something else you had made?

    You both are doing a great job. She is so happy, eager and just a delight to see her so deep in concentration. What a wonderful gift for both of you, time, sharing and having fun!
