    Default Rainbow star

This is for my friend. What is your suggestions for quilting in the non-white parts? I am also thinking of just doing echo lines in the white part outside the star. I did a fun free-form quilting inside star since she enjoy random designs.

I wanted everything to match up perfectly but I am hoping that once it is all done that the imperfections won’t show up

She likes rainbows and lives in CA. I hope she will like it.

I can't help you with the quilting, but so far you have done a great job! Love your colors and their placement as well as the quilting!

Cute, I think I would just Stitch in the ditch the colour parts to separate them from the center quilting and then do a stipple in the white background. The colour parts will pop forward if the background is well stitched down.

As I was looking very closely to this beautiful block with delicious colors all I could think was SITD to pull forward the beautiful star. Great job so far. I am sure your friend will just love it.

I agree with Tartan's idea on the quilting. The colors are great!
