Well, the rain was coming down by buckets full, and the wind was howling at approximately 60 miles an hour, so that meant it was a sewing/nap day  Having a blast with this one. I am pleased with the way it has started out. Although the blocks are off center slightly, this is my second started quilt, have never completed on yet, so still very very new at this. Hope you enjoy.

Looks great so far. It would have been a great day to quilt, but alas today was my first day back at work since the beginning of November. I was too tired when I got home to do anything!!

Never got as bad as the weather folks predicted, but there's definitely a storm here. Supposed to get worse tomorrow. How about you?

Good news about your daughter Gayle!! Happy to hear it.

It was raining like that at my house today, too. Wind howling, rain pelting down....you must live in Bakersfield, too!!!

Oh yes, and your start is pretty good for a beginner. Keep going...your skills builds with each block you sew together. We're here to help answer questions.

Pinwheels are hard; I'd say you are doing an excellent job on your second quilt! Beautiful!

I Love it! I've always had the hardest time getting my points on my pinwheels to line up, any tips on how you did it?
