Beautiful quilt. Glad your husband is doing well. Mine had open heart surgery three years ago. Not too well.

Glad your husband is doing well! I truly appreciate the amount of time and effort it took you to make this beautiful quilt! With that in mind, I am going to point out a piece that's turned the wrong way. The star that is in the 5th row down from the top and third block in from the left side has the flying geese unit that makes up its star points on the right side turned the wrong way. Leave it as is and call it your humility block, or just pluck that one flying geese unit out and resew it in with the star points pointing out from the star. Your quilt truly is awesome either way!

Freddie's Girl! LOL you are right! there is a flying geese that has taken flight the other way! LOL I was wondering if anyone would see it. There is actually another on block that is incorrect as well...It is a half square triangle, I'm not telling where it is at. I am going to see if anyone can find that one as well. I knew they were wrong, I just decided to leave them there and chaulk it up to personality and the fun of looking for them :-)

The best thing about your post, is that your hubby is well! And next best thing, is your quilt is beautiful. Both of you, keep up the great work!
