The pellet missed all vital organs, but she is a little messed up. Of course, it's very early and not completely healed. She has a hard time eating and pulls chunks of hair out of herself. Sometimes her feet get mixed up and she falls down. Vet said she has nerve damage and stress problems. Soooo, when she's happy and content, so are we. Thanks again, fixfido, you truly rock.

Today, she sent me a picture of the true beneficiary of my gift. Pretty cool...seeing as how I am a veterinarian!
What a "sweet" picture. I remember you telling us about your kitty at the Meet & Greet we had .... she looks as though she's very happy to perch on that darling quilt. It was "GREAT" meeting you .... and "the icing on the cake" was to find out your son is member of our Lions Club. Small world for sure!

Your quilt has found a happy home and made a kitty very happy. There seems to be a definite connection between cats and quilts.
