Here are some random Quilty pics. My Quilt inspector checking out the tree skirt my mama made for us. little candy houses, each one is different. An elk quilt top that i have since finished and given as a Christmas gift to my dad. My Halloween quilt top. And a crazy quilt stocking. I have made 4 this year!

Forgive the blurryness as they were taken on the cell phone. The Halloween Quilt the purple dot with eyes was a spider before i gave him legs . The stockings have had more detail added to them and recipient loves them even though i could not deliver in time for Christmas.
My dad even liked his quilt. I was very relieved as dad has no filter between what he thinks and says. This can cause many hurt feelings.
I suspect my quilt inspector is hinting he would like his own Quilt. As he loves anything i lay on the floor that is quilted.
    Merry Christmas All!

Thank you Dianne! The elk is a giant applique taken from a free woodworking pattern online. I did it in 4 parts and ended up quilting around it with thick embroidery floss. I love how it turned out!

I think they are all wonderful and I especially like the humor in the halloween quilt. What do you get if you kiss a hallooween frog? Maybe the headless horseman?
