    Actually, this quilted bookbag was finished about a month ago. Thanks to all who responded. I had to make my own pattern taking ideas from each pattern I found. It wound up being 12"x13.5"x5", with a heavy duty metal zipper in the top. My granddaughter is thrilled with it and has transferred everything out of her old backpack into it! As you can see, there are no armrests to hang anything on, but I didn't know that when I made the original post. Mom says it hangs on the handles just fine. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
