I suspect I could have that problem, K, but the solution is: I just
    don't look in the mirror!:D

That's funny, I was surprised when K, knew who Tom Jones, was, a while back, but she seems pretty familiar with american music.
He is welsh, is that Scottish? I always liked his music, but he always struck me, same as Tom Cruise, a bit full of himself...sorry, Tom, lovers! jmho!

    LOL

Tom Jones did a song recently.... ok, not recently, maybe ten years ago? With a modern band whose name has just totally gone out of my head.... the lead singer was a blond chick with stunning blue eyes, they did a remake of Talking Head's "Burning down the house".

Wow it's going to look fantastic! Good for you! As to new sewing machines, hmmm, they sound so puzzling lol, needle up, pressure foot down , pressure foot up features, my 40 year old kenmore, just chain stitch, do nothing with pressure foot or needle between pieces, hmmm, but i sure could use more speed on my machine lol

C - Wales and Scotland are two different countries - Wales is stuck on the west side of England and Scotland on the north! Tom is from Wales.

I worked on it for about 2 hours this evening (spent the rest of the evening chatting online). Got the center piece done and got the 4 side pieces stacked and ready to square and sew.

I missed that one! Amazing how he's evolved from his Delilah days - and he's still cool! I saw him on a chat show a while ago and he's let the grey hair grow through - still sexy though, even though he's a grandad!
