    Since I am new at sewing I will just try sewing straight at first. Slow and easy I think might be less repair. I have made a few things but that was years ago. I can't wait!

    Yes, I will start out with curtains then work on some small quilts. I was told by family and friends on the board that small projects are less hectic when you are learning how to sew. My cats can always use a new quilt to lay on:)
