    Oh Elizabeth, it is beautiful and worth every moment you spent flustered over it. I'm beginning to think that if I don't get all flustered and it is too easy..then I've done something wrong that I'll find out about later...sometimes much later :oops:

    Your Mom is going to be sooo surprized and will love that quilt. I know I do! Great job! That new machine sure came timely and seemed to work really well for you!

    Thank you all, your kind comments have made my heart sing. (and I've needed a bit of that as of late). My plan is to give it to my mom at her house so it can be spread out on the bed it will hopefully live on often. I'll do my best to remember to take the camera.

    Am I crazy? I feel like telling her she has to have her glasses on when she opens it. I'm planning on folding it into the box inside out with the label on top, so when she opens it she will see right away what it is.
