Oh Elizabeth, it is so absolutely gorgeous! Your Mom will love it for sure!!! Thank you for the story about how this came to be. I've often thought about your mom's unkind remark to you about the other quilt, and so to hear that when it was finished she told you how much she loved it was soooo good to hear.....you Mom will treasure this quilt for sure :)
