    the blue smudges on white are an allegedly ugly fabric somebody sent me. i added the dark blue with stars and the red (which I don't think are ugly) from my own stash

    it will go to a local no-kill cat shelter. if nobody buys a raffle ticket for it at their next fundraiser, they can still use it to comfort sick and scared kitties.

    well I sure hope they sell lots of tickets so they can buy lots of food or whatever they do with the money and someone can feel extra good when they snuggle up under it.

    You may call this fabric ugly, but I think it keeps the eye going when looked at. I like it.

    The "ugly" fabric looks like someone threw up a handful of feathers and the are floating down to the quilt--maybe a cat will have many pleasant, birdy dreams napping on it. :wink:
