    Very timely for Memorial day. I like them both. I found the same difficulty on my projects. I think in the future I'll cut the fabric on the bias. Good work!

    Very nice. I think the random stars are good too. There's no reason everything has to line up perfectly, and a little randomness adds to the charm of the piece.

    Love them both. I know what you mean about your warning. I made a runner one time and noticed this After of course.

    I think that it was just the time. I like how the texture comes to you as you go and since they are so close together it isn’t the same effort to move large layers of fabric in making bigger designs. There can be a meditative quality to focusing on the little circles.
