Default Red white and blue table runner

I needed a quick, easy project to distract myself from life....youngest son and his wife are renovating a 120 yr old farmhouse, so I made them a new runner for their kitchen table.

Pattern is a free download from Stitchin’ Tree.

I did not take notice of the dimensions, however, and it was going to finish at over 60” long....I should have just made 3 stars....but, that’s the way I seem to be rolling lately. Haha.
I cut the Pieced borders in half before binding, then washed the runner in hot water and tossed in the hot dryer. It is now a respectable 56” long and fits their table nicely!

I really like your table runner. It will be perfect in their restored home and in time for the 4 th of July too. The quilting is beautiful also.
