Red and White Quilt.....NO PINK AFTER WASH!
#1
First a great big Texas THANK YOU to all of you wonderful folks who replied to my cry for help when I realized I had just pieced a red/white quilt without pre-washing the fabric. Three color catchers and a good dose of vinegar, and there was no bleeding fabric with washing.
Second, mount up before you gallop by these pictures. I went to the www.DayStyleDesign.com site, and that sweet little lady made her FMQing look so easy. All I can say is..."I tried" :D
Third, my SIL came by today and we whipped up this reversible table topper for the shindig at her house tomorrow. Millie, the inspector approves.

Love it! Glad the color catchers worked for you, I never pre-wash my fabrics and always use a color catcher in first two washes, if giving quilt as a gift I include a color catcher with instructions.
