Now you have a beautiful one-of-a-kind wallhanging!! Aren't you proud. I,too, have many unfinished projects and that is also one of my goals to finish as many as I can in 2011. But I am not going to say I won't start a new one because I see too many pictures on here of things I want to try my hand at!!

You should use red embroidery floss or you can use a variety . I personally like the redwork to be in reds.

Candlequilter ... Your funny girl, yup only eighteen years. LOL! But, I never was happy with it until now and didn't want the finished quilt to be ugly. Not after all that hand work. I am glad I waited to find these fabrics from my stash.

I spent last year doing a finish on my projects. It ran into this year and I am thinking maybe 2011 too. I have sneaked in making a couple tops here and there when I got tired. But, my pile is dwindling down to a fraction of what I had. What was I thinking?
