    My vote: leave it as it is. It's simply beautiful!! I don't know how tea dyes come out, but my thought is why mess with perfection!!

    My vote is don't. A friend did some red work and she tea dyed it and it changed the color of the red thread.

    leave it, I've seen quite a bit of red/white in France and it always looks so fresh. Very pretty!
