    REALLY NICE! Did you do echo quilting around the embroidery designs? Was this quilted on your home machine? Sure is nice.

    I never heard of it, does it mean the little red pictures?
    Are they embroidered? I think he will love it!

    You've got it. Redwork are the beautiful designs she embroidered with the red thread. If it were done in all blue it would be called Bluework, which is just a variation.
