    I have never like red work until I saw your quilt. Everything just goes together. Great job. Yes do enter it in other shows. If you are to enter it in the state fair let me know.

    Absolutely beautiful!!! I love redwork. How many stands of floss did you use, it shows up beautifully.

    Mostly I used two strands of floss. Fine detail was done in a single strand. My red fabric, red silk ribbon, and red floss were all pre-washed to avoid any possibility of the red color running.

    Oh "WOW" congrats on the award I see why you won it.
    I have the fabric collected for a redwork quilt, haven't started it yet...can't until UFO's are done but you are so tempting me...yours is so well done, very very pretty.

    Absolutely, do put this beautiful work in the show. It might encourage some of us "novice" quilters to try something new. Anyway, all of us will enjoy seeing this quilt...brings back memories for some of us older quilters.
