    Default Replacement Irish Chain Quilt

I let a friend come over and shop my quilts last month. She picked out my favorite Irish Chain quilt for herself. I let her have it because I was only displaying it and not really using it. She will use it and love it. I've made myself another Irish Chain to replace it. I love the backing/binding fabric on this one.

    The front.

    The back.

These are the bees on the backing/binding fabric that I just could not resist.

I just love bumbley bees on quilts. It just makes them so homey feeling. Beautiful quilt.

The simplest patterns make the most striking quilts!

What a nice replacement. I, too, love your sweet bumble bee backing.
