Lovely old quilt. As far as pattern, it's really just squares with sashing and cornerstones. Most of the squares are placed so that 4 of the same fabrics are together, but not all. Maybe there's another name for it. It's very attractive.

It's surprisingly attractive, I can't figure out why I don't hate it... colors are all over the place... usually not my favorite ... but I love it! It is beautiful!

It almost looks like dish towels (the fabric that is). I think you can make this very nice with little effort.

Hi, I found a similar pattern in the magazine of February 2011 Issue108 of Home and Gardens American Patchwork and Quilting page 44, they call it “Time and Again”, however this one has a 4 patch unit and a 9 patch unit to it. See if this might help you Id your beautiful quilt top.

Beautiful. Don't know the name of the pattern, but you should just give it a name...like Dreams Come Ture!

Congratulations on this find! Looks like a lot of hand work and wonderful fabrics. No idea of the date but I'm jealous. What a beautiful colorful quilt this will be! Thanks you for showing it.

    Blessings, Ruth
