Alright Cheryl, go back and make enough for a quilt. Nothing like having success when you try a new technique. Great work, keep it up.

Gee folks you sure made my day. I've admired Ronda's blocks from the day I signed on here and (smile) at that time thought this was her board. She has a wonderful way of putting blocks together and someday I am going to make her sampler quilt. I collected all the lessons... So I have to first pat Rhonda on the back for a wonderful Tutorial and then go YEA me !!!! I made something. (((hugs)))

Three of you said you wanted to try this.... LOOK at Rhonda's tutorial.... The FIRST cut is bigger than her template..... DO CUT YOUR MATERIAL BIGGER...... do just as she says and you won't make a mistake like me :) Lay out all your pieces before you sew.... I made many mistakes sewing it backwords ha silly me. AND on the smaller 6-1/2" block I would open my seams instead of ironing to dark.... gets bulky.... Follow Rhonda's teaching, you can't go wrong... have fun.. I've always liked this block.. Oh my I hardly ever chat and now listen to me a regular magpie....
