I had a couple quilts from the same person, so I'm sharing her treasures. She recieved the scrappy one from her Aunt, and wanting to preserve the history, she had it quilted. The tough thing about a crazy quilt like this is the foundation and the piecing add so much to the seams, it is difficult to quilt. But I got around that! This is done with my Statler.

Ripples on a Brick Pattern~perfect for the quilting, giving it the movement it asked for.

The customer added the line of bricks to the backing, Beautiful addition.

Your quilting designs are perfect choices for each quilt. You didn't overpower the scrappy quilt, and I love the ripple on the brick quilt. Just the right amount of movement. Glad you shared.

You chose perfect designs for each quilt, and they're both lovely quilts.
