I love anything to do with fibre art - and blue is my favourite colour. So I love it too!

Felting machine.....I have a Singer...it looks like a sewing machine except there is no thread! None! There are 5 needles that go up and down through the fibers and the little barbs on the needles "felt" the fabrics together. Then to add a little pizzaz you can put your newly created piece on the sewing machine to add colored thread, glitzy thread or glitter, or beads ...or.....? I found mine on Amazon. It was $89.00. I applied for an Amazon credit card and they gave me $40.00 off, then there was free two day shipping...What a deal. Just "google" felting machine and take a look at them. There are also some videos on youtube showing what they can do. Enjoy!
